Know When to Reach Out
Everyone experiences anger from time to time, but persistent or increasing anger may be a sign that something deeper deserves attention. Anger can overlap with PTSD, burnout, depression, anxiety, chronic stress, or cumulative trauma. Seeking support early helps address these concerns before they begin affecting your health, family, or performance.
Consider reaching out if you notice anger becoming more frequent, ongoing relationship problems, trouble sleeping, emotional numbness, withdrawing from others, increased alcohol use, or finding it difficult to let go of challenging calls. Asking for support is a proactive step toward maintaining long-term wellness—not a sign of weakness.
