Recognizing the Warning Signs

Anger doesn't always look like shouting or losing control. It often develops gradually and appears as subtle changes in mood, behavior, or attitude.

You may find yourself becoming more impatient with coworkers, more critical of family members, less tolerant of everyday inconveniences, or feeling emotionally detached from the people around you.
