Early Intervention Specialist
Nikki Penn has been a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional counselor for over 20 years and has held a specialization for supervision for over 5. She specializes in trauma and early intervention. She earned her master’s degree from Arkansas State University, is a specialized law enforcement instructor, is dually licensed in Arkansas and New York, and has taught at different EMS training programs, the Arkansas EMT Conference, PESI, and many fire departments across her state. She responds to departments in crisis after critical incidents, suicides, or other traumatic events occur. Nikki is a certified EMDR-therapist and consultant that has developed a nationally recognized curriculum which she uses to train other therapists world-wide to be culturally competent in their work with first responders. She has been married for 28 years and enjoys various activities with her husband including traveling, spending time with family, and playing with their dog, Titus.

Vicki Fitterling is the billing manager. She has worked at the counseling office for over 5 years. She handles the billing and insurance. She works on Thursday mornings until 10 a.m.

Jessica is a LPC who has been trained in EMDR. Jessica graduated with her M.ED. from Texas A&M in 2014. Jessica works with a wide range of clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and child.

Titus, Office Mascot
Titus is our office mascot and works most days. He has been with the office for several years. He is over 12 years old, loves walks, enjoys hunting Easter eggs, and appreciates a good Greenie or piece of cheese.
